IMPORTANT: He (X-man) WARNS that ALL of us need to check the our Output Sprocket to determine whether it is tightened down to the proper torque specification as he found that his pulley was not thereby allowing the complete gear clusters on the inside of the transmission to become loose enough, enlarging the transmission tolerances and damaging all the bushed gears of his transmission. The Output Sprocket Nut keeps the transmission gear clusters tightened together! He states that even a half a turn of this nut can damage the transmission!

The Output Sprocket torque specification is 95 ft. lbs.
Yes, it is 1 1/2" (the shaft nut). Also, everyone needs to know that you DO NOT torque past the 95 ft. lbs. or you will destroy a seal behind the pulley; this came directly from the X-Man a few minutes ago.

Remove the cover, unbend the locking tab washer and tighten to 95lbs torque. Remember to bend the tab on the washer when done. I'm not sure what the socket size is though. It's very straight forward and easy to do.
